Delivery from the United Kingdom Parcels from the UK are sent via Nova Poshta on the same day they arrive in Ukraine. We provide door-to-door delivery in Ternopil, Lviv,
Ivano-Frankivsk and surrounding regions.
Packaging Instructions:
Your parcel can be packed in a bag, box, or suitcase — whichever is most convenient for you.
If you are sending jars or preserved food, please ensure they are securely wrapped, especially for Nova Poshta delivery.
Every parcel must be clearly labelled with:
Full name of the recipient (First and Last name);
Postal code;
City;
Phone number.
After sending, please send us your Nova Poshta tracking number (TTN) in a private message.
After sending, we are waiting for your TTN in private messages.
What Do We Transport?
We transport almost everything!
This includes parcels, personal belongings, household items, cars, andoversized
cargo — from Ukraine to the UK and from the UK to Ukraine.
We check the contents of all parcels. If any prohibited tobacco products are found, they will be disposed of. Please treat this rule responsibly.
Cigarettes, tobacco, smoking products, e-cigarettes, Elf Bars, IQOS devices, psychotropic substances, antiques over 50 years old, old icons and coins are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Please note that transporting large quantities of alcohol is not permitted. Small amounts may be accepted only with prior approval — please check the details with the manager.
